She credits with “making sense of it”.

Lisa told the money-saving community “My interest in product testing, competitions and free samples came about by chance a few years ago when I came across .uk by browsing Facebook.

“I applied to join out of interest and then started finding out about different wonderful companies you can apply to test products for.

“I applied for everything I could and was lucky enough to be accepted for companies such as Argos, Tryit Sampling, Philips, Clicks Research, Alva Science, Triyit and many more.

“I also like to enter competitions which you can easily find on and social media and I have won a few things which is a real treat.

“For me, I love the thrill of winning and I’m grateful for all the things I’ve been lucky enough to win and also for product testing.

“Just a few things I’ve won in competitions include a Liverpool FC away shirt worth £70, a Dead Man’s Fingers Rum set worth £50, a Slumberdown cotton pillow worth £15 and a large Addis laundry basket, lots of rags and sponges and brushes worth around £50.
