Apple watch

Harrison Jr of Ohio State sports an Apple Watch on the field against the Badgers

Sometimes you see something and do a double take. That’s what happened when Ohio State vs. Wisconsin Saturday evening. As the cameras flashed on OSU wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr, who had just entered the game after getting a little bumped.

As the camera focused on Harrison, it became apparent that he was wearing an Apple Watch…on the court. Now, we don’t know what the point of wearing such expensive tech during a physical football game would be (it’s not the state of Arkansas), but we do know there’s a lot you can measure with Apple equipment.

Who knows, maybe Harrison was just steps away from his goal for the week and had to fit them in.

That wasn’t all, though Harrison was also sporting some pretty cute designer cleats that I’m not sure I’ve seen before. The studs clearly had a swoosh on them but also had some Louis Vuitton influence (or so it seemed).

I mean can we get a NIL deal here? There must be something Apple can do to jump on it, right?
